The Canterbury Rams have demolished the Manawatu Jets on Saturday night, cruising to a 118-88 victory.
Tony Tolovae led the Rams with 26 points on 10-of-17 shooting and 3-of-5 from three.
Julian Washburn dropped 21 points, eight rebounds and two steals in 30 minutes, shooting 7-of-15 and 4-of-8 from three.
Winston Shepard had a double-double for Canterbury with 13 points, eight rebounds and 14 assists in 35 minutes. He shot 5-of-12 from the field and 2-of-3 from three.
Youngster Maxwell Darling contributed 16 points on 8-of-11 shooting, while Xavier Thames scored 14 points on 3-of-3 shooting from three.
Of the 12 players that played for the Rams on Saturday night, 11 of them managed to score a bucket.
Daishon Knight was fantastic for the Jets despite the loss, totaling 31 points, 10 rebounds and four assists on 7-of-20 shooting and 2-of-6 from three.
Kuran Iverson recorded 24 points, 14 rebounds, seven assists, one steal and two blocks in his 40 minutes of work. He shot 11-of-23 from the field, but was 0-of-7 from deep.
Brandon Lucas added 18 points with two 3-pointers for Manawatu.
The Rams are now 7-4 on the season, while the Jets are 1-11.
